The OZEO ECOWATT CP is centrally located in either the loft space or a hallway cupboard with ducts running from the unit to the kitchen, bathroom, en-suite and other wet rooms.

Ideal for niche markets such as care homes and other communal residences, the unit will ventilate the property in full compliance with current building regulations.

The OZEO ECOWATT CP is designed to work in conjunction with intelligent humidity sensing valves for the kitchen and wet rooms. The humidity sensing valves automatically adjust the airflow inside the property according to the needs of the occupants, achieving demand controlled ventilation for specific areas of the home.

Ultra energy efficient, the OZEO ECOWATT CP is powered by a Low Watt DC Motor with an inverted curve to ensure a quiet operation.

• Constant Pressure Ventilation
The unit operates by using constant pressure ventilation to regulate the airflow in the property. Constant pressure ventilation ensures that the airflow inside the property automatically self adjusts to remain at a constant level without a drop in pressure regardless of any ‘boost’ activity in another area.

• Intelligent Valves
Intelligent humidity sensing valves are used in conjunction with the OZEO ECOWATT CP to enable demand control ventilation for the kitchen and wet room areas.

• Speed and Flexibility of Installation
The OZEO can be installed either horizontally or vertically on a ceiling or wall in a loft space or cupboard. The unit has been designed to allow the inlets/outlets to pivot 90°, this provides an easy, quick assembly of the ducts. Each outlet/inlet comes with a flange to enable a fast, sealed connection without the use of additional tools or clamps. The unit has 6 Ø100mm inlets for bathrooms and toilets which rotate 90°, 1 Ø125mm inlet for kitchens which rotate 90° and 1 Ø125mm exhaust outlet to atmosphere capable of rotating 90°

Models include automatic, remote switch or pull cord operated versions, which can be specified according to requirements. In addition, intelligent automatic PIR sensing valves are available for areas such as WCs or wet rooms.
