Designed for moving dirty, humid and hot air volumes up to max. 120°C.- Motor located outside of airflow.
Temperature insulated partition panel between motor and impeller, lined with 20mm thick flame retardant wool. It has an easily accessible motor unit and removable inspection cover for cleaning and maintenance. Condensate collector and spigot included in delivery.
The Gigabox GBD 560/4/4 T120 comes complete with discharge adaptor and flexible connector. It is two speed three phase (400V) and speed controllable.

This is an acoustically lined cubic ventilation box complete with intake and extract spigots and with flexible connectors to reduce vibration transmission. Variable applicable side panels can be arranged to suit almost any installation requirement. Simple positioning by use of standard crane hooks. External use possible with weather protection hood accessory.
Self-supporting frame construction made from hollow aluminum profiles, lined with 20 mm thick, double-walled side panels made from galvanised sheet steel.
Sound and thermally insulated with flame-retardant acoustic wool. The casing panels can be replaced as required with accessories, such as the external weather louvre and condensate collector. Other accessories, wall bracket and outdoor cover hood are available.
Smooth running backward curved centrifugal impeller highly efficient with steel blades on galvanised steel disc, direct driven. Dynamically balanced together with the motor to DIN ISO 1940 Pt.1 - class 6.3
Three phase external rotor motor, maintenance-free. Speed controllable through voltage reduction, with thermal contacts wired in series with the windings which automatically reset. With sealed, low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication. Terminal box fitted on the motor (IP 54).
