Egg-crate grilles have a 13mm x 13mm square core and with their high free area are ideal for many applications, the egg crate grille with removable core has been fabricated to fit a commercial grade mesh type grease filter suitable for kitchen extraction. The egg crate grille with filter can be flush mounted into a wall / ceiling creating a very subtle and Ascetic extraction hood.

Mesh type filters are designed for use in commercial kitchens and ventilation from food preparation areas where their primary function is to reduce grease travelling from the cooking area up into the extract duct.
