PREP/COOK Switch for use with TCBTx2 PACK's

A Prep / Cook Switch for use with S*&P VFD inverter ranges,
This switch will allow a user to change the fan speed between Preset levels for when prepping or cooking food,
It allows for easier control of the fan speed when the inverter may be placed outside the cooking area,
