They produce less pressure then centrifugal fans and are therefore only good for runs of up to 7 meters, but as they come with a run-on timer option they are perfect for bathroom/shower rooms.
These fans are perfect to replace a non effective wall fan, having 2-3 times the air throughput.
There is normally a vent in the ceiling, and ducting with the TD160 to the outside via a soffit.
The S&P MIXVENT-TD series of in-line duct fans offer one of the most comprehensive and flexible in-line duct ventilation system solutions on the market today.

Previously known as the vent axia ACM fan.
All MIXVENT-TD fans combine a multitude of features including a high efficiency mixed flow impeller; powerful 2 speed motor; a high airflow and low noise performance all within an extremely compact physical size.
Unique to the MIXVENT-TD fans is the facility to remove the motor / impeller assembly from the fan body without disturbing the adjacent ductwork. This feature also enables a ducted exhaust system to be converted in to a supply air system with ease.

All MIXVENT-TD fans incorporate 1ph 230V 50Hz, asychronous IP44 rated motors with integrated S.T.O.P (Safety Thermal Overload Protection).

In addition model sizes 160, 250 & 500 are all available with integrated adjustable Overrun Timer facilitity (type "T") options. In addition the MIXVENT-TD series can be combined in a multitude of combinations to provide extended airflow and pressure development performance.
